Your personalised protocol takes time to build properly. But we don't sit around waiting for bloodwork. We start strengthening your foundations on Day 1.
The Foundations of Health Protocol covers the basics that move the needle immediately: sleep, hydration, nutrition, movement, breathing, environment and recovery. Detailed strategy means nothing if the basics are weak.
Strong foundations first. Then we layer in precision.
Your protocol is built on your bloodwork: 90+ markers and ratios across 16 body systems, read against functional optimal ranges, not population averages. Which means the quality of your prep directly affects the quality of your data.
Once your agreement and assessments are complete, I'll organise your bloodwork panel for you. Your only job is to show up prepared.
Testing runs through Bloody Good Tests, our Australian testing partner. No GP referral and no booking needed. Once your panel is ordered, just find your nearest collection centre, walk in and get your blood drawn.
Day to day, you and I talk on WhatsApp. It's the fastest way to reach me for questions, quick wins and anything that comes up between calls. I'll get you set up during onboarding.
Every week you'll get a reminder to complete your check-in inside the MHC app. This is non-negotiable. It's how I catch problems early and adjust your protocol before small issues become big ones.
Every two weeks you'll receive a booking link to schedule your call with me. We review progress, troubleshoot, and set the focus for the next fortnight.
Every step is intentional. Every layer builds on the last. Here's what the first month of your 90 days looks like.
Complete your agreement and onboarding questionnaire in the MHC app, join the community, and start the Foundations of Health Protocol. Your bloodwork panel is ordered once funds clear.
Book your quick onboarding call with me. We walk through what the next four weeks look like and make sure you're set up to win.
Complete your bloodwork at your collection centre and finish your comprehensive health assessment. Your personalised training program is delivered through the MHC app, so you're already moving while we wait on results.
Once all bloodwork is returned, allow 5 to 7 days for your full protocol to be designed. I never rush this, the detail is what makes it powerful. When it's ready, you'll book your Functional Health Consult to walk through your results and your personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation protocol.
Your protocol is live. This is where the real work happens. Follow the plan, complete your weekly check-ins, and show up to your fortnightly consults.
From here it's about consistency across your full 90 days. Weekly check-ins in the app and fortnightly 1:1 calls with me keep everything on track. We adjust as your body responds, retest your markers when the time is right, and build on what's working.
Your 90 days don't start until your initial consultation. Any time before that, while we sort your bloodwork, assessments and onboarding, is added on for free. You're not losing days to setup.
Within 7 to 14 days after your blood results are returned and your health assessments are completed.
No. Everything runs through Bloody Good Tests. I order the panel, you attend your closest collection centre.
Results come back to me for analysis. If you receive a copy directly, email it to nathan@menshealthcollective.com and send me a quick message on WhatsApp to confirm.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST. Day-to-day communication runs through WhatsApp, so drop me a message there and I'll get back to you.
