Get set up on the MHC app

The MHC app is your home base for the entire program. Your tasks, check-ins and training all live here.

Do this first

  1. Accept your invite and log in to the MHC app.
  2. Complete your Client Agreement and Terms and Conditions. This unlocks access to everything else, so do it as soon as possible.
  3. Complete your Onboarding Questionnaire. This shows me your starting point and shapes how I build your plan.

Step Two

Join the MHC community

Our community runs on the Circle Communities app. Tap your platform below to get the app, then use your invite link to join the Mens Health Collective space. You have full access for the entire time we work together.

Step Three

Start the Foundations of Health Protocol

Your personalised protocol takes time to build properly. But we don't sit around waiting for bloodwork. We start strengthening your foundations on Day 1.

The Foundations of Health Protocol covers the basics that move the needle immediately: sleep, hydration, nutrition, movement, breathing, environment and recovery. Detailed strategy means nothing if the basics are weak.

Strong foundations first. Then we layer in precision.

  2. Identify your weakest foundations and start there. Don't try to fix everything at once.
  3. Keep the actions simple, boring and consistent. That's the point.

Step Four

Prepare for your bloodwork

Your protocol is built on your bloodwork: 90+ markers and ratios across 16 body systems, read against functional optimal ranges, not population averages. Which means the quality of your prep directly affects the quality of your data.

Once your agreement and assessments are complete, I'll organise your bloodwork panel for you. Your only job is to show up prepared.

Bloodwork Preparation Guide

The short version

  • Book your draw between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, fasted (water only)
  • Pause supplements for 3 days beforehand (I'll confirm any exceptions with you)
  • No hard training in the 48 hours before, where possible
  • No binge drinking in the 72 hours before
  • Get a solid night's sleep before your test
  • Drink 1 to 1.5 litres of water the morning of, before your draw
  • Slept terribly or under serious stress? Delay the test. Bad inputs give bad data.

Step Five

Find your collection centre

Testing runs through Bloody Good Tests, our Australian testing partner. No GP referral and no booking needed. Once your panel is ordered, just find your nearest collection centre, walk in and get your blood drawn.

How it works

  1. I order your MHC Comprehensive Bloodwork Panel once funds have cleared.
  2. Click the link above to find your closest collection centre. No appointment needed, just walk in.
  3. Follow the preparation guide from Step 4, then attend your draw.
  4. Results come back to me for full analysis. Send me a quick message on WhatsApp once your draw is done.

How we stay on track

Day to day, you and I talk on WhatsApp. It's the fastest way to reach me for questions, quick wins and anything that comes up between calls. I'll get you set up during onboarding.

Weekly check-in

Every week you'll get a reminder to complete your check-in inside the MHC app. This is non-negotiable. It's how I catch problems early and adjust your protocol before small issues become big ones.

Fortnightly 1:1 consult

Every two weeks you'll receive a booking link to schedule your call with me. We review progress, troubleshoot, and set the focus for the next fortnight.

The Roadmap

Your first 30 days, day by day

Every step is intentional. Every layer builds on the last. Here's what the first month of your 90 days looks like.

Day 1
Get set up

Complete your agreement and onboarding questionnaire in the MHC app, join the community, and start the Foundations of Health Protocol. Your bloodwork panel is ordered once funds clear.

Days 1-3
Onboarding call

Book your quick onboarding call with me. We walk through what the next four weeks look like and make sure you're set up to win.

Days 3-7
Bloodwork and training

Complete your bloodwork at your collection centre and finish your comprehensive health assessment. Your personalised training program is delivered through the MHC app, so you're already moving while we wait on results.

Days 7-14
Protocol design

Once all bloodwork is returned, allow 5 to 7 days for your full protocol to be designed. I never rush this, the detail is what makes it powerful. When it's ready, you'll book your Functional Health Consult to walk through your results and your personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation protocol.

Days 15-28
Execute

Your protocol is live. This is where the real work happens. Follow the plan, complete your weekly check-ins, and show up to your fortnightly consults.

Settle into the rhythm

From here it's about consistency across your full 90 days. Weekly check-ins in the app and fortnightly 1:1 calls with me keep everything on track. We adjust as your body responds, retest your markers when the time is right, and build on what's working.

FAQ

Quick answers

When do my 90 days actually start?

Your 90 days don't start until your initial consultation. Any time before that, while we sort your bloodwork, assessments and onboarding, is added on for free. You're not losing days to setup.

When will I receive my personalised protocol?

Within 7 to 14 days after your blood results are returned and your health assessments are completed.

Do I need a GP referral for the bloodwork?

No. Everything runs through Bloody Good Tests. I order the panel, you attend your closest collection centre.

Where do my blood test results go?

Results come back to me for analysis. If you receive a copy directly, email it to nathan@menshealthcollective.com and send me a quick message on WhatsApp to confirm.

What are the business hours?

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST. Day-to-day communication runs through WhatsApp, so drop me a message there and I'll get back to you.
